Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (USA): $4.99 – estimated delivery in 10–15 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on all US orders over $50.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee – estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the items ordered.
Delays & Lost Packages
Crown Bull LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@crownbull.net or call us at (559) 519-0896 and we will investigate the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the address entered is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
